I'm Discipline is a holistic self-improvement application that provides fitness tracking, meal planning, habit tracking, journaling, AI-powered coaching, progress photo tracking, and personalized routine generation. Our services are intended for informational and motivational purposes only.

Our service offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe, our payment processor.

• •Free Trial: New premium subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
• •Billing: After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew at the applicable rate ($14.99/month or $99.99/year) unless cancelled.
• •Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Profile settings or Stripe customer portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• •Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of a charge for consideration.

You agree not to:

• •Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• •Upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content (including photos)
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
• •Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our services
• •Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service without permission
• •Share your account credentials with others or create multiple accounts

All content, features, and functionality of our services (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software) are owned by I'm Discipline and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit (photos, journal entries, etc.), but grant us a limited license to use it to provide our services.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
